BRANCH REVIEWS
Great bank Been there for over 25 yrs with multiple business accounts. Several smart and friendly people white and black work there. Commuters parking and leaving cars all day is a problem. Stop being a childish race baiter
An African American friend of mine who is a patron of your Red Oak branch was parked while waiting for your bank to open and this is how she was treated. I'm white and I'm positive I wouldn't have been singled out and addressed in this way. This is what it means to park while black and bank while black with your branch apparently. Please address this with your employees and to those who use this bank be wary that they discriminate and have implicit bias against their patrons of color:
"I was parked at Prosperity Bank in Red Oak a minute ago waiting for it to open. I was reading on my phone. A woman employee came out and very angrily and aggressively said "This is bank parking. You need to move."
I was so startled I didn't respond. Then she said "I have more workers coming. I need this parking spot. You need to move."
I wasn't parked in employee parking or any other marked parking spot. I stopped counting at 31 empty parking spaces in their lot including seven empty spaces behind the building where I'm assuming the other employees were parked.
Want to take any guesses why she approached my car in an empty parking lot and started telling me what to do without asking me any questions?" - Dee Dee
