Kingston location, they treat you badly and talk down on you, when you try to explain the situation the gentleman with the feminine voice tends to raise his voice and this is not the first time he has done this to me. He is not a friendly person it should not work with the public at all. I do not rob banks and I do not expect the bank to rob me.
Nothing like a bank asking you to open up an account with them so they can cash a check from their bank, when the bank manager belittles you.. Surprisingly it's at a local bank that always has signs up about how friendly they are. I guess they really don't need the money or business at Rhinebeck bank near Adams. I wasn't sure if I walked into a bank or a casino credit office. Nothing about that place was inviting including the way I was talked to. Thank you Caroline for your over the top fake smile and sarcasm. I'll be sure to let the check writer know how pleasant you were. He probably is one of your bigger customers in the area. I will say the one by Hone depot has always been pleasant and very inviting. Caroline Hanes attitude matched the gloomy feeling I got when I walked in today. The situation was I was trying to cash a check just over 5k and the max they do for non customers is 5k. The whole conversation that took place was so unprofessional by her that it felt as though I was not wanted…. This was a review from a great guy who does a lot of things for families and our community.
