Office Manager, Misty Badgett could not have been more helpful today-7-21-2021. I had forgotten that I had a Visa card and had let it expire, spoke to Misty on the phone, explained situation, she told me to come on into the bank, she would issue new card or she could mail to me. I went in and problem solved by Misty immediately. Great service!!!

River Bank Millbrook Branch is always a very Pleasent place to do business. I own Dream Baths of Alabama and have for over 20 years and we done business with Regions for years one reason my wife worked there but it just got to where I felt we were just a number and not a valued customer and its not that way at River Bank in Millbrook they are always friendy From Kim on the Drive through To the Ladys at the front desk you feel welcomed. I would recommend anyone to do business with them
