★★ Branch review: Many Branch

The absolute worse online banking software. Intermittent problems continue. Application interface has problems connecting to user data. Can't get my 9 messages, can't get my statements, can't get my activity, doesn't update last login, etc. etc. ect.

★★★★★ Branch review: Six Mile Branch

I have had the experience of the Six mile branch helping me with some issues. I want to say how courteous they were, and extremely helpful. It is very nice to have the staff you have at this location and be able to depend on them to answer questions you may have and always with a great attitude. These two people at Six Mile location represent your companie's standards of service very well and it is always seen when I go in the bank. marjorie hunter
