Excellent service! Friendly, professional and competent. So glad I switched banks.
Lots of new branches opening. But the one that needs some Major help is Hooversville Branch. It's the size of a shoebox, no privacy & they blast your private info. Out for a small nosy community to hear. Was done on purpose. Watched all in a plexiglass in front of me my back to the Manager had the teller get me to replete my answer 3 times each time she asked she rose her question louder for no reason but for others in the bank to hear spread gossip. My personal info is definitely going like wild fire. It's a 10/10 ft room, Oh, But they didn't do it someone else did, don't a bank teller or Mgmt have something that they swear to? For privacy? Was a good way to outskirt that rule. The plexiglass works as a mirror folks !!
