I sent a handwritten note to your branch about three weeks ago. I asked to turn in all off my cd's and send me a certified check to my Fl address 212204 Clarendon Ave Pt Charlotte, Fl 334981. I had it notarized and both papers were in the envelope mailed at the UPS store hereThe charge was 10.00, I paid cash.The note was hand written and in an orange envelope with a E on the front. Would appreciate your assistance with this matter ASAP. Thanking you in advance, Edythe Rooney
