★★ Branch review: Head Office Branch

When did your bank quit giving courtesy phone calls when there is a problem with a deposit? Bank in reference is your Cross Plains. I have been the manager in this store for almost 11 years and have always gotten a courtesy call and able to pick my bag up to fix the problem. Then a month after new owners take over I was told by your head teller this would no longer happen. I caught her in two lies to me about this. We now wait on our bags to be verified by tellers instead of dropping off. So much for customer courtesy.
