I don't have an account, and went to the sandwich branch drive-up to cash a check. The woman at the window was about to ask me to come inside to cash it, but saw my two sleeping toddlers in the backseat and made an exception for me. Even gave me two lollipops for when the boys woke up. Its little things like that that restore my faith in banking and would make me consider switching banks. You just don't see things like that anymore. Thank you.
