Horrible service! Undertrained employees and they lied to me on several Occasions. I had fraud on my account and no one at the bank bothered to check the fraudulently written checks. Workers stole my check book and cleaned out my account and I am the one being told it was my fault!! It took nearly 8 weeks for my account to be credited back to me! I struggled greatly for many weeks to pay bills and my stress level was on over load. Now the bank is closing my account on the 28th of May. They refused to give me a new account number because I was told that my account would be on freeze for 2 weeks and then checks Could go back to normal. The man that stole my checkbook has been arrested, so there is no threat he could cash more. Grand theft charges. I am so stressed about my bank account. I just got my SSI changed to this bank just 10 days ago. 12 hours just to change the bank routing number to Farmers bank I cannot Understand the lying and disrespect I have received from farmers bank.
