My complaint is to the Union St., Trusco bank in Schenectady. I went to deposit checks through the drive-through, there was a car in front of me and they were taking a bit of time before finishing their transaction. By the time I got to the window it was one minute past closing time, as I was pulling up the teller had looked at me with a nasty grin and completely ignored me and closed the shades. I sat there surprised because the teller knew I was there. They spoke into the intercom with a "yes " so rudely, I was quite surprised and said to them never mind I do not need your help, the knew that I have been sitting in the drive-through waiting for the car in front of me to be finished. The teller then decided they wanted to do their job but at that point I just drove off stunned at the behavior of this teller.
