You should try locating your bank on the internet. I tried finding the hours for the Lake Elsinore branch at Stater Bros on Mission Trail and the web site doesn't give the hours. When I called that branches phone # it said hit #1 for hours and location, but it only gave the location address and not the fact it was in a Stater Bros, which I was aware of. I feel this isn't very professional. I do have a very small checking account there now but in about 10 days I was considering making quite a large deposit, 6 figure, because the manager is a very pleasant lady. I will make a $3,000 deposit on monday and speak with the manager. I really wanted to open a New Credit Union account, but this experience has me wondering if US Bank is the right choice for a large sum of money. Thank You. Jerry B
