What is wrong with the U.S. Bank phone connections? I have spent nearly 40 minutes trying to get some simple information about using my camera phone to take pictures of checks to my small business. I no more than begin talking to the support person (less than 10 seconds) and the call drops off! I have tried the 800 number and the number to the Renton main branch as well as the Renton Highlands branch...all with the same dismal results!!! Don Baurichter 206-795-6904
