US BANK in general is TRASH! This branch in particular, my money went missing for 5 days and all they said was it was a "glitch" in the system. WHAT A JOKE! I also used to work for US BANK (not this branch) and the stuff that they get away with and how they treat and talk about their customers once they leave is absurd and it makes me sick. If i could give any less stars i would. The lady who i talked to was incompetent and really had no idea what she was doing. My advice to anyone would be never ever to bank with US BANK... ANY BRANCH! Just another corporate monster with bad management skills and poor customer service!
