Arrogant, rude Manager. Doug Atherton. Failure to greet customer. Failed to provide a positive interaction when a mother was told by her son to make a cash deposit into his account because he was working. Refused deposit. Couldn't take time to look up acct to facilitate deposit. Finally son gets on phone from his job and deposit is accepted. My experience with Mr Atherton is that he is brash, arrogant, and hope he treats his employees better than I was treated at that window today.
