BRANCH REVIEWS
I had an issue with an out of state check. This branch has a banker who actually knew what he was doing. The Sedona branch put me with a banker who knew nothing and would not conceed he knew nothing. He kept going to the other bankers with questions. I did not want to be his learning curb. Took my money and left. Cottonwood branch has a manager who no one in Cottonwood wants anything to do with, including myself. There is a consistent change of workers at this branch. Stay away from them. Once I found Camp Verde I will use them.
