Service is consistent. Consistently bad. I've had 4 accounts and 1 business account and branch customer service is the worst of any bank I've ever used. And consistently bad. It's like they forget they are a SERVICE business. I'm slowly moving to the online 100% banks. I don't need bad face to face service. A few more tweaks of the online model and many like me will be gone from these brick and mortar banks and they will go the way of the blockbuster video....
