Wells Fargo is trying to downsize this branch and force customers to use remote services. This is a hub location with over 50 businesses at the Plaza and nearby. They shutdown their merchant services formerly 2 separate lines. The Cityof El Cerrito has many elderly residents and disabled. The school of the blind is nearby. It is absolutely demeaning and disrespectful to oyal customers being treated in this way. It is simply the wrong branch location to try to force minimal services. I urge everyone to contact Wells Fargo headquarters in San Francisco and complain. I also plan to contact our local officials including congressional and senate. We don't have to take this. This morning I went there to find they had covered 3 of the formery 5 ATM machines to drive the point further that theydon't want to serve us at this location. I urge everyone to contact the mayor and council members and to give a reviw of "1"
