I have enjoyed working with the folks at the Walmart branch for over a year. They are professional and as helpful as they can be. I use the bank and many of its services to take care of my personal and business needs. I have always found the more then helpful and looking for ways they could serve me. I give the team at the Hamburg, NY branch my highest rating!! I am most satisficed with them.
Eric was very rude and continued to hang up in my Fiancé and my account. He shower no concerned for our problem and did not even want to here the problem we was going through. We have three two year olds and is stuck on the side of the road in 94 degree weather all because he literally kept hanging up in our face: this company needs to let him know your not going to have a easy call everytime. I ask for his name and badge ID if possible he said Eric and hung up again.
