Your personal are rude and useless especially the one who answer your phone. I called 3 times today to get the bank fax number she hung up on me one time and the other 2 times she kept laughing at me and telling me the she could not understood me and ruldly transferred me to someone else. it is a shame you put up with people like that especialy in service.
