★★ Branch review: Aventura Branch

My CD is maturing this Saturday, 4/12/2020. I am trying to set up an office appointment with local brunch and getting run around every time I am calling bank. They are promising to call back but newer do it. I understand, that due to the Coronavirus, bank has limited staffing but at least they can call as they have promised. This is not a good customer service. Will never use this bank again. Also, the call center is in Brazil and you can barely hear because of there is a lot of the background noise.
