Hi I'm a BOCC customer. I wanted to share a positive experience and give a shoutout to Aaron Piedra, your manager. Today he took time out of his busy day to talk to me. I just lost my husband and Aaron not only told me he remembered him, made me feel he was not just a customer, but a person and comimg from a business, that means alot! Nowadays you don't see that anymore much. (Bobby) Robert Moore, would go 3 times a week to BOCC, at times just to say hi to the clerks & Aaron. Bobby lived behind the bank at Sunnyside. His mom, Alice Moore, banked there too, along with A&N lawncare, who my husband worked for & who his mom lived with. She passed in 2014. He moved here in 2010 to help csre for her. That's how we met. Aaron also listened to all my question off handling my husbands finances, it seemed daunting, but I feel more at ease now. We need more managers like him in our community! :) Not many take the time to speak, listen, and just care. It may seem a small thing to do. But when you dearly miss your loved one, its great to know others appreciated them ss well :) For this reason is why Bobby loved BOCC. And we do too now. Customers are treated like people.
