Joanne Lopez, the branch manager, takes a vested interest in being part of the community. It starts when you walk into the bank and everyone knows who you are and a little something special about you and your family. She as well as Gwen and the tellers make you feel welcome. The staff at Blue Foundry take time to become integrated into the community. This is rarely seen. They support local initiatives and are attend community events. They are part of the Montville fabric. Blue Foundry also has a unique offering for non profit organizations.
