I would like to highly recommend this branch. I experienced one of the most bizarre and disturbing weeks of my life this past week. I became a victim of major ID theft. Sherry WIlkes and Karen Gilliam at the College and Quivira branch immediately saw my distress, helped me to address my suspicion that I was being scammed, and then walked me through all of the many steps that must be taken to prevent this from ever happening again. I could not have endured the very real trauma without their lasting support throughout this entire process.
