★ Branch review: Science Hill Branch

The Science Hill branch drive through window employee is very rude. Made me late to work this morning because supposedly she can't tell which account goes with the debit card I gave her. She could find out which account, I talked to the main branch. I had to get out of line go through ATM do a balance inquiry and get back in line. Making me late for work. Nothing but rude and inconsiderate to do a customer this way when she could have done her job and made the deposit the first time. This isn't the first problem I have had with this employee. If she can't do the job she needs to b replaced!
