All week have been trying to get on my account with sending emails to unlock my account. I use thumb identification and when asked password. neither are working this week and no response from the bank…today I get back from my note email.. doesn't exist. If your not going to unlock my account let me know and I will make arrangements to bank elsewhere. This service has been less than excellent since you placed the new system in...
