BRANCH REVIEWS
For two years in a row we had to fight your main office in omaha for a 1099 replacement document. After a week of waiting for replacement that never came we called. Talked to a nice lady. But no one ever called and told us it was not mailed for some reason. We asked them to email it.. Have not received it yet. The point is this..We've been customers for over a decade paid off our mortgage and have two savings accounts. The lady indicated i was not nice to her today on the phone. She is either way toooo sensitive or should change positions out of customer service.
Can we get some attention to this issue? If we don't hear back we'll simply pull our accounts.
