I have been trying to get a payoff quote for 3 weeks with no response at all. This is absolutely the worst bank I have ever worked with. Why can't I know how much I owe on my loan???
I have never completed an auto loan with First Sentinel Bank and normally complete all loan transactions thru my local credit union. I completed this auto loan by recommendation of Ramey Toyota of Princeton, WV. I called too make my 1st car payment which was "three" days late. I didn't talk with a personal Richlands Bank employee but instead a Operations Call Center!! I told the Operations Center Loan operator i would like too pay the 3 days late interest too avoid carrying over extra interest and she told me it would be an extra $290.00. I requested too speak specifically with a loan offer. While explaining and conversing with the loan officer the situation she gave an explanation that absolutely made NO sense. I decided too get a refinance thru my local Eastman Credit Union. I will NEVER deal with Sentinel Bank in the future. Not a professional bank as witnessed by incompetent employee's. Also tried too contact First Sentinel Bank manager Chris Clifton and received a pre-recorded message and yet too hear from this person. I would avoid doing business with First Sentinel Bank and any of it's affiliates including Ramey Toyota of Princeton, West Virginia!!
