Four Oaks Bank & Trust Company

Four Oaks Bank & Trust Company was established in 1912 under the name Bank of Four Oaks. The institution underwent several significant changes throughout its history, including a rebranding to its current name on June 25, 1990. Initially, the bank's main office was located at 503 North Wellons Street in Four Oaks, North Carolina, but it relocated to 6144 US Highway 301 South in December 2001. Ultimately, on November 1, 2017, Four Oaks Bank & Trust Company merged with United Community Bank, which is based in Blairsville, Georgia, concluding its independent operations.
