BRANCH REVIEWS
Very disappointed in how this Positive Pay deal is being presented! Received a letter saying that if I don't enroll I could be liable for fraud on my account – tried to enroll online & it's not possible so I call ( takes forever to get a live person on the phone) then find out is a service that you have to pay for so basically the letter is a scare tactic to get people to sign up for the service - this is a terrible sales practice – if you have a service just tell people about it & don't send me letter trying to scare me into buying your service!
