Your service is terrible. No one can speak English without an accent that I just cannot understand. I keep getting disconnected or hung up on. Every number I call takes me to the same place. I ask for a manager/supervisor, and I'm told no one there speaks English or is from the USA! WHAT??? Worse, I get hung up. I do not yell or use bad language I just can't understand what they are saying or asking. I keep having to ask, "I'm sorry what did you say".
