Midland State Bank, Smithton, IL has the best staff than any other bank I have delt with. They treat you with respect and help you understand questions you have to ask. I've been around a long time and this bank's staff is the best. Thank you staff.

★ Branch review: Roscoe Branch

Every since you changed from Alpine Bank your service is lacking. Messed up transactions, slow service. Just left after almost 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru with only one other car pulling up after me, no one ahead or beside me. Excuse was they were very busy but no inside customers in sight and 5 or 6 employee cars in the lot.
