I am trying to get someone to help me for a check Northern Trust received in error. A woman named Ms. Bowens who claimed her first name was Lennea hung up on me THREE times telling me I could not talk with anyone there because I do not have an account with them. Of course i do not they received the check in error, bcbsil reissued correctly to me and now Northern Trust is trying to take the money in my account back!!! Is this a SCAM bank? Horrible, "service" from Ms. Bowens!!! She would not allow me to talk with anyone else and every time I called, I got her. I think this is a scam!
