★★★ Branch review: Bergenfield Branch

I usually have nice things to say about this bank but today I am disappointed. I did not know they close at 4, this website says 5pm on Wednesday. When I went up to the drive-thru there were two employees by the window. Both looked at me. Neither had the decency to say... sorry we close at 4pm. Instead they ignored me. After sitting for a while I parked and got out, walked around, and then tried the door. The hours were posted as open. Then I had to look down and to the left to find a very weather worn piece of paper indicating a change in hours.
Two issues... update your website and sign.. PLEASE..
ALSO... train your people to have manners and exercise proper customer service and extend a courtesy to the people who are clearly confused but the hours of operation.
This type of service inspires me to take my business elsewhere. I tried to call the branch and leave a message instead of post this on the web, but the phone rings and hangs up. So I guess they do not care about missed customer calls. That can also equal missed business. What happened to this one ce wonderful bank?
