I come to this branch every so often. However, today I was helped by Kalina (not sure if spelling is correct) and her customer service was awful. Not only did she not say hello or have any sort of pleasantness about her, but she acted as if I annoyed her. She then walked away from me to talk with her coworkers. I waited for her to be done chatting to hand her back my slip. She had such an attitude, and practically threw my receipt at me and said "here you go". I am so appalled at her overall demeanor. I will not be coming back to this branch and will continue going to Hopewell where I have had zero issues and enjoy the staff. Thanks for the terrible experience Kalina.
