★ Branch review: Pittsburg Branch

We were their customers so long, we had a mortgage with them, when we were trying to sell our properties but they didn't want to release our mortgage if even we want to pay off the mortgage! This is so disappointed with the president of the loan officer in Pittsburg branch!! Bad reputation!! Never seen any banker doing business like this!!!
