★★★ Branch review: Hastings West Branch

Have banked here for a long time now, since I came to Hastings!
Never had a problem with anything until now since you changed the format to do online banking... wayyyy too confusing and complicated! Don't like jumping through flaming hops with my fire shootin' out of my A$$HOLE to conduct my online banking business! Sooo simple, quick and easy before! Now? Not so much! Will have to check out other banks in town and see how easy OR difficult their bank is to do online banking! Don't know why this bank felt a need to change format! Usually when it's done it's for ease of use, efficiency, simplicity or speed! Thank you for your consideration on this matter! Sincerely, Jim Basch
