HANCOCK WHITNEY BANK RATINGS

No one answers the phone.

We have been banking with Hancock Whitney Bank in Gulf Shores, AL since moving in here in 2017. We have had nothing but stellar service from the branch manager down to every employee in the building. They have helped is with many complicated banking transactions including wire transfers. Any complicated transactions they clearly outline all details and remind us to ask for help if needed. We highly recommend the Gulf Shores Branch of Hancock Whitney Bank.

The teller is in control! Weak. My company deposited a Payroll check. My balance in the account is already more than half the check they are depositing. My account open for years, never a problem, never a bounced or overdrawn account. So I decided to investigate, why they gave me $200.00 out of Thousands LOL! (I don't need the money, however I need to understand why they don't value me as a CUSTOMER! So I called Sharlene at the Holiday branch, and inquire, and she tells me if we bring the check from Slidell to the Westbank, they can look (maybe) and see if they can help! LOL The bank I dealt with is ***closed on Lapalco*** she also informs me that the teller at the other branch has the authority to place a hold on funds. I ask her I she could ask a manager to look into the matter and use more professional care with the account, and se said there is nothing she can do. Apparently Sharlene has no bank training at all, I ask her to check and see if there could be a reasonable solution, again my request fell on deaf ears, would not call a manager to accommodate a reasonable amount... Weak! So there is nothing I can do... Except post this for you to read. And look for another bank.

This banking corporation was not ready for the customer business whe buying out MidSouth. Branches are too small. Lines are too long. Many people are going to change banks if nothing done time for more branches. POOR PREPLANNING...

This bank is very helpful to all I need. I have a Constitution Club account there for years now and have never had any problems. All the staff there is helpful. I look forward to many more years with the bank.

I recently experienced first class customer service at Hancock Whitney on Manhattan. With my mom's recent passing I was responsible for taking care of her affairs.
With me living out of state, I was unsure of the process I needed to go through to close out her account.
My first contact was with Kendra who answered the phone promptly and was very friendly. She directed me to Brooke who was friendly, professional and extremely helpful in guiding me through the process and advising me what papers I needed to send. When I had any questions Brooke was always there to answer them and returned my calls promptly if she was not available at the time I called.
When I arrived in town and went to complete my transaction I was met by Mr. Couvillon, Branch Manager Vice President. Mr. Couvillon was very professional and kind; he took care of everything I needed. It took no time at all to complete my business because Brook had all the paperwork processed and ready for signatures.

I also appreciate the prompt response I received from Patsy when I previously called in Feb to request my mom's 1099 statement. I can't say enough about how special these people made me feel during this difficult time. I am thinking my husband's name will show up on this post but it was written by me Rose B Griffith and Jim

The customer service at The Whitney on Carrollton is phenomenal! It is refreshing to go into a bank and have real people there to service you. Kudos to Chad Roberts for being a banker that cares. That culture is apparent at this branch!

The Whitney Youngsville Branch treats u like family. I had a complicated financial problem and went there stressed out. They immediately gave me some excellent options. The problem is solved. I'm a customer for life!!!

This bank was horrible. You do not want to do business with them. They will not even give change when needed I recommend no one ever use this bank. Also very snotty management.
