BANK OF AMERICA YUMA WATSON

This bank moved from Verrado to Watson Road several years ago. Since the move, customers have to drive 3-6 miles to get lousy service. Many times, this bank has only 1 cashier, long lines and rude personnel. Today, for example, I walked into the bank to find a customer standing by himself, with no teller on the other side. I asked "how long have you been here", his response was "several minutes." I knocked on the teller window to call someone, to tell them we were standing there, but no one came to the desk.

I noticed a bank official in his office from where I was standing, knowing he could see me too. I approached his office, knocked on his office door, to ask where the bank tellers were as he (the bank) had customers waiting for service. He responded to me that 'the the bank's computer system was being worked on, rebooted, and it would take at least 30 minutes more.' My now angered response was "if you know this, and can see customers standing in line at the empty teller window--from your office, why not come out to explain and put a sign up someplace in the bank."

Since this BOA branch moved from Verrado's location to Watson road, the customer service has deteriorated, customer appreciation is non-existant, and this manager today, cared less about customer's inconvenience. A poor excuse for a branch manager! The 2 customers in your bank walked out. Your personnel don't seem to care and this has been going on since opening in this location several years ago.

There was another incident at the same location, several weeks ago with another/different branch manager, but I don't feel like going into that incident. I advise not going to this location unless you want to wait, stand in line for the usual one teller on duty, or taking your money and run to a competitor!
