Worst customer service! They said they couldn't do a wire for me and there was a 2:00 cut off. I hoped right over to 43rd and Olive and they got it done for me right away. EVERY time I give this branch another chance they blow it. They lost a 200k deposit from me due to their laziness.... Read more
BOA rejected my IRS refund based on the routing number I have always used: 063100277. No one with BOA has a clue when I ask for the new routing number for direct deposit.
