I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 18 years. From the moment I handed my check to teller Wendy Castellon, she began scrutinizing it and me as if it were fake. I identified myself by inserting my card and entering my PIN. Then, she walked away with the check, which I had been depositing at that bank for three years, to fetch the manager.
