This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL bank I have EVER dealt with. CRIMINALS... They have lied to me and sent me on wild goose chases for 17 years concerning my mothers bank account... even tho, I am the executor of her estate, I have the original LWAT and Death Certificate. Elizabeth at this branch was exceptionally polite, considerate, and understanding. After my husband passed away, she helped me resolve all of my banking issues with compassion and professionalism. I see the current reviews 3/5 and it could be worst. I called this am (Wade Hampton Botany Woods branch) and it was a nightmare....too many messages and when u answered n give them the acct no it says "we could not find a match". u get to wander if ur acct still exist.
