I have been trying for over a month to close out a business accounts. I has been very challenging working with the local Branch manager. I don't want to post any names but this branch is in Mineral Virginia. I have a daily phone call that is ignored and also no responses to emails. Ever since SunTrust became Truist, the customer service has basically gone down to zero. Some examples... go into the bank (I usually use the ATM because I detest going inside) and out of 5 windows available, one teller will be working.
