I am trying to get information on IRA CD Rates through the branch. I read online they have the highest in the area. So I called the branch here in PJS, they are too busy. Therefore, I was transferred to customer service and asked for an account. Well I don't have an account, I want information on opening up an IRA CD. What are you suppose to do go into the branch just to get information on rates. Online gives you a range with no details.
