★ Branch review: Frandor Branch

My husband and I refinanced our house with DART Bank. Ever since we closed we have contacted them at least 5 times to ask for online access and/or paper statements regarding our account. No one has helped us and Joe Joseph, our lender, has not responded to our emails. Please find a bank with better customer service.
