For two years in a row we had to fight your main office in omaha for a 1099 replacement document. After a week of waiting for replacement that never came we called. Talked to a nice lady. But no one ever called and told us it was not mailed for some reason. We asked them to email it.. Have not received it yet. The point is this..We've been customers for over a decade paid off our mortgage and have two savings accounts. The lady indicated i was not nice to her today on the phone. She is either way toooo sensitive or should change positions out of customer service.
Can we get some attention to this issue? If we don't hear back we'll simply pull our accounts.
Always friendly folks here! Fantastic customer service. They never rush me, and go above and beyond to answer my questions and get back to me promptly. It's rare to find a bank with real employees that care and are actually "personable" anymore, but this 84th/ Holdrege FNBO branch is AWESOME!
Since moving to DeKalb from another state, I have been so impressed with this branch! They offer everything I need, and with such a friendly and personable attitude, it is a pleasure doing business with them. Ms. Caresa Viuya so knowledgeable and personable, and she sets the tone for the entire branch.
Kindness personifies this bank. The people that work here are totally professional and friendly. Phyllis Yabsley is the heart and soul of this bank. Take good care of her.
Beware Of First National Bank Omaha (FNBO). I have had online issues with paying my credit card bill and was charged Return Fees because they said my Checking Account at my Bank was closed, which was not true all. I called customer service and they were not willing to reverse the Return Fee they charged me. On top of that, they charged me a Late Fee as well. STAY AWAY from First National Bank Omaha (FNBO). They will not budge to HELP YOU IN ANYWAY! These people are not looking into your BEST INTEREST! You have been warned people!! STAY away from First National Bank Omaha (FNBO)!!
So.. I work in Arlington Heights and needed to get a cashier's check after work. This was one of the closest branches to get to on my way home. I drive an hour to get there and knew I would not make it in time to go into the lobby but could go through the drive through. Now, I had gone to a different branch the month before and was able to get a cashier's check through the drive-thru with no problem so I assumed all branches were the same. I get to the drive-thru only to be told I could not get a cashier's check through the drive-thru and only in the lobby, which was closed. When I asked why as I was able to do it at another branch before, she just said they aren't allowed to do it. The next day happened to be a Saturday so I went to my regualr branch in DeKalb. I was there slightly before they opened in the morning so I went through the drive-thru and asked if I could get a cashier's check through the drive-thru. They did it with no problem at all. So, I have two branches that allowed it but had one rogue branch that wouldn't - this one. I have banked with them for 17-18 years and had never had an issue like this. I will never go back.
