I received 2 calls from this branch asking me to return their call. I did within the last 2 hours ( fter their lunch) and no one has answered. I have let the phone ring over 20 times. (I counted)! Now, the 3rd time I called, they finally answered. I asked the person who answered why they haven't answered the phone and told her about my calling experience. I was met with total silence. I am put on hold, and just now disconnected! This is appalling and I am annoyed! Someone in a position of authority needs to address these unacceptable incidences. I will discuss this with family members and hopefully change our bank. Janet Sciarrino
