Allstate Bank

Allstate Bank was established on November 18, 1998, originally under the name Allstate Federal Savings Bank. Initially, the institution held limited trust powers. The bank underwent several operational changes over the years, notably moving its main office multiple times; it first relocated to Six Parkway North, Suite 100, Deerfield, Illinois, and later moved to 544 Lakeview Parkway, Vernon Hills, Illinois, on August 9, 2001. On April 4, 2000, the institution changed its name to Allstate Bank. Following subsequent relocations, including a move to 3100 Sanders Road, Suite N4a, Northbrook, Illinois, on September 15, 2009, Allstate Bank changed its primary federal regulatory agency to The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency on July 21, 2011. However, the institution faced challenges and ultimately closed voluntarily and liquidated its assets on March 28, 2012.
