I was in the bank at Folsom on Wednesday, March 23rd at 3:45pm. There was one teller available which is ok, I was only the 2nd in line and it wasn't busy. I went to the teller and needed to make a withdraw. She had a very cold posture about her and she didn't count the money in front of me, which I believe you're supposed to do when it is a large amount of money, she didn't offer to give me an envelope, as if I want to walk out of a bank with a big pile of cash in my hand. She did not say hello to me or to have a good day. In fact I believe she is the worst person to be up at the teller helping people. This was unsatisfactory and I may want to take my business elsewhere. It's sad because I've never had any issues in 20 years until now. If I am going to receive that kind of disregard as a customer I want no part of it. Whomever was working at the teller desk on the date above, she just made you loose a dedicated customer for over 20 years. I never complain about anything but enough is enough and it was that bad. I will be closing my accounts and going to another bank because you failed to put quality people in positions that deal with the public. It's a shame.
