I just had an interaction with the Branch Manager of the Coronado Branch in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was rude and said something that is not true at all. He said 'everytime I come in I have a complaint'. First of all, I do not speak to him when I come in and second of all, I do not think that is the way to approach a customer. I have been a customer for 45 years When it was Fiirst National Bank on Central, I would not have expected to be treated that way and would expect an applogy from him.
I had come to do some transactions and I also told him that the Lomis truck was parked in front of the handicap parking spots. The driver said they got permission from the Branch manager to park there. Gil denied this. The white Lomis truck was still there when I told him this. However, he said 'I am not going to run after him'.
I left the bank.
