Mindy, Branch Officer at Newman did mortgage payments tampering to my loan and added late payment in my paymentsilently pointing to male spanish teller I gave specific verbal and written mortgage slip instructions no late payment applied, that my mortgage slip instructions did notice was not included by specific directions from Omaha Nebraska male calling to tell me. Its the last payment I made at Newman BOW branch 2021 due to Mindy Branch Officer mortgage tampering predatory lender collusion with Nebraska branch instructing me to make payment only and not late charge and Mindy walking all the way across office and waiting at teller next to mine as it was pulled up on his computer then Mindy on bank cameras walked over and pointed to bottom or right side of screen and he clicked on it, I found out after by other mail from Bank of The West no full payment department in another part of California, also making my on time payment LATE by predatory lending. I reported this many times online etc. to Bank Of The West. D'Evelyn Rae Moran
