Almost all other branches are not open on Saturday. There ads say open till 5 don't believe it so many times I went to the bank and they were not open till 5 they closed at 4 I'm changing banks they don't answer the phone. You get a recording . I've waited on hold for over an hour. They don't have customer service. They use the Covid bs as there excuse. It's sad. Good by bank of the west. No more direct deposit from me. You have failed me to many times.
